Terms of service

By accessing or using the Trakup service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, whether visitors, registered users or paying subscribers.

Trakup is a web monitoring and SEO reporting platform for tracking the performance, SEO health, Lighthouse scores, Core Web Vitals, crawl status and keyword rankings of your sites. Features include automated monthly reports, alerts and Google Search Console integration.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for the security of your login credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
• The same person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to monitor sites you do not own or for which you do not have explicit authorization.
• Use the service in a manner contrary to applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to disassemble, decompile or extract the source code of the service.
• Use automated tools in a way that would overload our infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the service without our prior written agreement.
• Transmit viruses, malware or any other harmful code via the service.

Some service features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Trakup to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the chosen plan.

• Billing: subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, in advance.
• Cancellation: you can cancel at any time. Access remains active until the end of the current period.
• Refund: we offer a 14-day refund policy for new subscriptions. Contact us at [email protected].
• Price changes: we will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price modification.

By connecting your Google Search Console account, you authorize Trakup to access your data (keyword positions, impressions, clicks) on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time from your account settings or directly from your Google account.

This integration is subject to the Google APIs Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

The service, including its design, code and content, is the property of Trakup and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the service for personal purposes.

Data you enter into the service (URLs, configurations, etc.) remains your property. You grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that data will be 100% accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trakup shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or if we cease to operate the service. You may terminate your account at any time from the settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via a notification in the application at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
